He was the architect of an innovative, industry-first joint-venture with Jaguar Land Rover which he grew to a global revenue of $100+m and 1,200 employees. Both during his time as COO and CEO, he successfully focused on the interdependence of the creative output with employee engagement and satisfaction.

Previously, he consulted for more than 20 years with global companies and brands such as Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, General Motors, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Puma and PWC with McCann Erickson.

After completing her Master’s Degree at the TU Munich, Ina founded a strategy consultancy with a focus on corporate culture and leadership.

In her workshops, retreats and trainings, she deals intensively with leadership topics and startup coaching. As a certified coach, she supports people in developing their potential and ultimately being able to fulfill their leadership role more comprehensively. In doing so, she pursues a holistic approach that integrates the connection between body, mind and soul.

After holding positions at RTL Group and BMW, she most recently worked with the Boston Consulting Group.

She is a lecturer at the International School of Management and mentor at the Startup Accelerator Plug and Play and the alumni network “Women of TUM”. Due to her many years of work as a model, she is often on the move internationally and has lived in Japan, Argentina and South Africa.

More than 30 years ago, Claudia started her professional journey motivated by questioning conventions and discovering new ideas through interrogating alternative perspectives.

Eventually, she founded her own consulting business to put what she has learned into practice with the aim of helping companies and executives benefit from the opportunities that change brings.

Depending on the situation, she adopts the role of a catalyst, coach, trainer, or strategist to help you define your own solutions by providing stimulating tools and inputs as necessary, striving for measurable results.

Originally, she is an international brand strategist and has hold leadership roles  in multiple markets from Sydney, Auckland, New York, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, London to Düsseldorf. Based on this extensive international experience, she has gained a deep practical understanding of both local and international markets, cultures, people, and their organizations.

In addition, Claudia is a qualified systemic leadership coach and team developer. In her spare time, she volunteers as a mentor for various social enterprise start-ups and NGOs in Asia and South America.

After studying in Chicago and Los Angeles, Stefanie began her career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen. Shortly after the crisis surrounding energy giant Enron, Stefanie published her first book on values and leadership.

Today, Stefanie is a multiple author and has just published her fifth book entitled “Future Proof” – How to Secure Your Company’s Place in Tomorrow’s World.

She is the Managing Director of The Agency Berlin GmbH, based in Berlin and New York, and advises companies on how to prepare for the future. She also invests in and advises selected start-ups as a consultant and advisory board member.

Kevin led a storied career at the top of ad giant McCann Erickson. There he led the development of the Priceless platform for Mastercard. Kevin was a key advisor to NYC Mayors and an early player in New York City’s renaissance. He was a member of the board of the AIDS quilt during one of its most momentous times.

Kevin is Founder & CEO of E I Games, creators of online simulations and courseware in Emotional Intelligence business skills, in use at companies such as Google, Oracle, Expedia, and Universities like Arizona State, the Duke University and the Harvard School of Design.
